Welcome to Crunchique! We're excited to have you join our snacking community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the rules that govern your use of our website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any of the Terms, you may not use the Site.

We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs will be displayed during checkout. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms and your use of the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai, Maharashtra by a single arbitrator appointed by the parties. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
