  • Wrong Item Received: Mistakes happen, but we'll fix them! If you receive an item different from what you ordered (as confirmed by the invoice), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Simply send an email to support@crunchique with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We'll promptly arrange a replacement of the correct item or initiate a full refund upon receiving the wrong item back.
  • Damaged Product: We handle your snacks with care, but sometimes things can go awry during shipping. If your product arrives damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery at support@crunchique.com. We'll either replace it with a fresh pack or provide a full refund, depending on stock availability. Please confirm any damage with a photo attached to your email.

Return Process:

  • While we offer replacements for the above situations, we currently don't accept general returns for opened or consumed products due to food safety regulations.

For Replacements:

  • If you're eligible for a replacement (wrong item or damaged product), contact us within the timeframe mentioned above.
  • Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture (if applicable).
  • Our customer service team will review your request and send you instructions if the replacement is approved.
  • We'll cover the return shipping costs for replacements due to our mistake (wrong item) or damaged product.

Refund Timeline:

  • Once we receive the returned item (for wrong item situations), we'll initiate your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank).

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept replacements for buyer-generated mistakes like wrong flavor selection or change of mind after receiving the product.
  • Images on our website are for representation purposes and may slightly differ in color or size.
