We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India, and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information, or availing of any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India, including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

Collection
We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services, or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. This may include, but is not limited to, information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID, and/or any information shared as proof of identity or address. Sensitive personal data, such as your bank account or credit/debit card information, may be collected with your consent. We may also collect biometric information, such as facial features or physiological information, to enable certain Platform features (as permitted by applicable laws). You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Platform.

We may track your behavior, preferences, and other information that you choose to provide on our Platform. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. We will also collect information related to your transactions on the Platform and on third-party partner platforms. When a third-party partner collects your personal data directly from you, their privacy policies will govern that collection. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices and encourage you to review their privacy policies before disclosing any information. If you receive an email or call from someone claiming to represent Crunchique and asking for sensitive personal data (like your debit/credit card PIN), please do not provide such information. Report such incidents to the appropriate law enforcement agency immediately.

Usage
We use personal data to provide the services you request. If we use your personal data to market to you, you will have the option to opt out of such uses. We use your personal data to assist in handling and fulfilling orders, enhancing the customer experience, resolving disputes, troubleshooting issues, and keeping you informed about offers, products, services, and updates (both online and offline). We may also use your data to customize your experience, detect and prevent fraud, enforce our terms and conditions, conduct research, and as otherwise described at the time of data collection. Please note that your access to certain products/services may be affected if you do not grant permission for these uses.

Sharing
We may share your personal data internally within our group entities, other corporate entities, and affiliates to provide you access to their services and products. Personal data may also be disclosed to third parties, such as sellers, business partners, logistics providers, prepaid payment instrument issuers, third-party reward programs, and other payment providers you opt to use. Such disclosures are necessary to provide access to our services and products, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and conduct marketing and advertising activities. We may also disclose data to government or authorized law enforcement agencies if required by law, or in good faith, in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes. Personal data may also be disclosed in good faith to enforce our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users or the general public.

Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to our security guidelines to prevent unauthorized access. However, data transmission over the Internet is not entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee complete security. By using the Platform, you accept the risks associated with data transmission over the Internet and the World Wide Web. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account login and password information.

Data Deletion and Retention
You have the option to delete your account by visiting your profile and settings on our Platform, which will result in the loss of all account-related information. You may also contact us to assist with deletion requests. If there are pending grievances, claims, shipments, or services, we may delay deletion until these are resolved. Once your account is deleted, access to it will be permanently lost. We retain personal data for no longer than is required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws. We may retain anonymized data for research and analysis even after account deletion.
